We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if your piece was not as described, we will refund your purchase price (minus shipping) if you notify us within 10 days of your receipt. Notification must be given for all returns. Any items that have been resized or are custom made cannot be returned or exchanged. Please keep in mind that because these items are not machine made, they are delicate.

Here are some helpful hints to get the most joy out of your purchase:

Store your jewelry in a place where it won't be bent or damaged, preferably in a dry place as well.

Most necklaces and bracelets are made with 7 strand wire which makes it very strong and is coated with plastic so as not to upset the most sensitive skin.

Always make sure you do not bend chain or wire as the wire will develop a permanent bend.

Precious metal fittings will tarnish over time. The oils from your body will help slow down the tarnishing process to some degree, but keeping your jewelry stored in an airtight plastic bag will also be helpful.

We advise you not to sleep or shower with your jewelry on, as you will damage it. To clean your jewelry, use a soft cloth rather than paper towels or tissue.
